Shipping & Delivery
Maitri chooses to use Canada Post for delivery of orders throughout Canada.
Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 2-6 business days for shipping on all orders.
All shipping orders are Expresspost delivery. Orders over $150 will receive free shipping (Canada only).
All free shipping will be dispatched using standard posting methods.
Please contact us if you a require your order by a certain date (i.e If it’s for an event or gift etc.)
We cannot take responsibility for parcels lost by Canada Post. If you have any issues with lost items feel free to contact us at
Terms of Sale
By placing an order for any goods on our website you are offering to purchase the goods on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Canada and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods plus postage.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and our billing team has debited your credit or debit card.
We use eTransfer payments as our payment collection for the goods you are purchasing on our behalf on this website. Please contact our Customer Care Team if you have any questions about invoicing and payment for goods.
Returns and Collections
If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will workout a solution for you. Please contact Maitri within 14 days of purchase.
The customer is to pay for any return of items unless agreed too otherwise by Maitri.
Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Maitri.

All information we receive from our customers, is protected and never disclosed to third parties.We do not store credit card information.
